Is a neat NGO that using Humanitarian Business principals to help local bee keepers in Zambia. (also a school or two :) It has proven track record in helping local economic development in surrounding areas! Not by imposing western principals but LISTENING, and supporting local people succeed in local grass roots business. The hives Zambia wilderness bee keepers make are pretty darn awesome made from bark exterior.
All the bee hives are located and marked (which took years of building trust! No hive is within 7 miles of any industrialization. (Think that's a FDA Organic cert requirement?)
